- Adult; 15 years and above.

- Children; 4 years - 14 years.

- Infant; 0 years - 3 years.

    DEPOSIT FOR TOUR

 A deposit of 20 percent of total tour price is required at the booking confirmation.

    FULL PAYMENT OF TOUR

 Full payment of tour is 6 weeks before tour starts or with prior arrangement with Maya Kiwi Travel and Tours.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation received 30 days or more before start of tour is a full refund of payment.

- Cancellation received 29 - 22 days before start of tour, 25 percent of your tour payment is non refundable.

- Cancellation received 21 - 14 days before start of tour, 50 percent of your tour payment is non refundable.

- Cancellation received 13 - 3 days before start of tour, 75 percent of your tour payment is non Refundable.

- Cancellation received 48 hours or less before start of tour,100 percent of tour payment is non refundable.

   LIABILITY OR LOSS

- Maya Kiwi Travel and Tours is not liable for the sickness of, injury to,or death of any passenger, or the loss of, or damage to, any personal effects, whether caused by Maya Kiwi Travel and Tours negligence or otherwise. There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the tour.

- Maya Kiwi Travel and Tours will endeavour to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times or any cancellation or delay of any activities or services.

- Where the services of another operator are provided as part of the Maya Kiwi Tour, it is agreed and understand that Maya Kiwi Travel and Tours has no responsibility what so ever of any defaults or miss activities.

- Chartered touring Mini Bus or Coach with English Speaking Driver / Tour Guide.

- New Zealand Goods and Services Tax currently 15 percent.

- Accommodations as specified.

- Attractions as specified.

- Meals as specified.
